UniStone – complete Bluetooth® 2.0 HCI-module with enhanced data rate (EDR)

UniStone is a complete HCI BT 2.0 standard compliant system module, which offers enhanced data rate (EDR) and best-in-class RF performance. The module is based on the successful BlueMoon UniCelluar IC from Infineon, the module is Bluetooth®-qualified, FCC pre-approved for short time to market. The shielded module has a competitive footprint with only 8.7 mm x 11.6 mm with 54 pads at 1.20 mm pitch, and provides support for both leaded and non-leaded customer soldering process. The high level of integration of the module – no external components are needed except the antenna – and the qualification results in easy design-in and an accelerated time-to-market. The qualified temperature range for the UniStone module is –40° C to +85° C thus enabling a wide spectrum of applications in the consumer, industrial and automotive market.
