Infineon’s ECONOPACK IGBT Modules are compact solution with low stray inductance for the double conversion UPS with full bridge topology (Figure 2).

Using a
H-bridge Unipolar PWM Modulation technique, the IGBT ECONOPACK Module can double the modulation frequency of the inverter, reduce the switching loss and improve the system efficiency, leading to system performance improvement system cost reduction as shown in
Figure 3.
