Early identification of potential
We identify our employees’ potential at the earliest stage in order to develop our employees strategically. The cornerstone of employee development is the dialog between our managers and each employee. Around this, we’ve shaped and developed an annual employee review process. This globally unified process addresses all elements of individual development planning, including performance evaluation, individual development potential, goal setting, and income development. Based upon identified potential, individual development roadmaps will be defined through aligning company needs with individual competencies and career motivation. We ensure that progressive development steps are concretely specified and followed up upon.
Annual performance-management process
Individual feedback is the "heart" of our annual performance-management process. Thus, we offer our employees the opportunity for annual performance assessment and development recommendations in order to ensure that we recognize their potential early on, and help to develop it in a targeted manner.
International assignments
We are also very proud of having an expansive international network that we use for global career planning. International assignments provide our employees the opportunity to gain valuable personal and professional experience that cannot be acquired within a home country.
